Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days with full Enterprise access, including invoicing, the customer portal, and the AI Tech Assistant. Company details and a payment method are collected at signup, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Can multiple pool companies use the same platform safely?
Yes. Pool Prime Pro is multi-tenant with database-level isolation, so each company only ever sees its own customers, routes, techs, and financials. Invoices and quotes go out branded with each company's own name, logo, license number, and reply-to email.
Does it work offline in the field?
The technician field app is built as an installable PWA for iOS and Android and is designed to keep working through spotty service, syncing stop completions, chemical readings, and photos once the connection returns.
