Software is a flat monthly fee — Basic $99, Pro $199, Enterprise $499, plus $10 per additional user beyond the included admin. No per-stop billing. Processed invoices carry a 0.5% platform fee, separate from Stripe's processing rates.

Frequently asked questions

Do invoices go out branded with my company?
Yes. Quotes and invoices carry your company name, logo, license number, and business details, and the email replies go to the admin email set in your company settings — not to Pool Prime Pro.
What does it cost to get paid through the platform?
There is a 0.5% platform fee on invoices processed through Pool Prime Pro, on top of Stripe's own card processing fees. The monthly software fee is flat and there are no per-stop charges.
Can I build quotes from my own service pricing?
Yes. Your service catalog stores pricing, labor and material cost, and tax-exempt status. When building a quote or invoice, services auto-fill as you type and the totals recalculate live as you add lines, discounts, tax, and deposits.
What happens after a quote is approved?
A quote moves from draft to pending when sent, then approved or declined by the customer. An approved quote converts into an invoice in one step, carrying the line items, terms and conditions, and notes across.
Does it connect to accounting software?
The Integrations section lets admins connect the accounting and business tools they already use, while invoicing and payments themselves run on the Pool Prime Pro Stripe rail so the 0.5% fee and payout tracking stay consistent.
